Leashless Bar Setup

This is the new BOOM Leashless Bar Setup - it's mount on all SKITES.

This setup allows you to spin your bar around the depower loop after flying loops and it offers a huge amount of improved safety and easier handling. Nothing rest to tangle around.

1) when triggered the upper safety quick release makes the front lines longer to stall the kite.

2) When pulling down the rear lines using the crossline you can easily land the kite.

3) If you really need to cut the connection to the kite then simply trigger the emergency quick release at the chicken loop - if you don't want your kite blown away better grab the crossline with the other hand and you will immediately stall the kite.


The safety quick release above the bar is the same used for the emeregncy quick release. We did improve the system to offer more comfort for rebuilding and safe release when triggered. The pin release only requires very low power to be triggered and is safe to prevent undesired self release.
