NOVA and BOOM research and development is irrevocably linked to advanced computer aided design as well as the valued contributions of its experienced and knowledgeable test pilots.

All NOVA gliders and BOOM KITES undergo a computer-tested final control check before distribution. Trough this end-control process each line is tested to an exact stress electronically and the result documented. The tolerances set are very precise: all differences are shown, any wrong lines are changed and then measured again. This system guarantees that only the best gliders and kites leave the NOVA production factory.

NOVA and BOOM offer their clients only the best fabric on the market. This is because we don't depend on measurements from the manufacturer, but carry out our own material tests. Samples from different qualities and colors of fabric are sent to Australia, where they are exposed to extreme UV rays. After a few weeks, it's often possible to see noticeable differences in the color srability and tearing strength of the fabrics. NOVA / BOOM use only the best and strongest material in their production.

NOVA / BOOM owns its own plant in Europe and to ensure consistent quality the sewing is checked progressively and routinely. Each canopy is measured and quality checked before final completion. Some of our kites are also produced in wordls biggest production plant in China with a long tradition in high quality production.
