This side describes how to update the Vector
from SpeedSystem 1 to SpeedSystem 2.
Please excuse the bad quality of the photos and the big size of this side.

1. detach the flying lines and remove the old speed system

The old lines and the old system can be saved on the old bar. You will want to replace everything but the kite and the bridle.

Now remove the crossbridle lines: Please note, it's always the longer line that will be removed.

The existing brake bridle lines also need to be removed.

The same for the "connection line" from the line between the left and right bridle to the brakes.

Next thing to do is to detach the safety line for later reuse.

2) Time to begin to install the new Speedsystem:
Take the line with the pulley and the loop. On this line the line to the wingtip, the C and the B lines will be put.

Put the line through the loop of the wingtip-line ...

... then put the loops of the C lines on ...

... and then the same for the B lines ...

and
do not forget to put the red left-right connection line on, too.
Finally close the pulley line by putting the pulley through the loop

Next
step is to mount the long SpeedSystem line (292.5 cm):
put the pulley through the loop of that line ...

... then put the line behind the pulley so that it looks like that:

Here another photo:

3) the A lines will be mount on the 110 cm line of the speed system:

4) the long SpeedSystem line must run through the front pulley ...

then back through the B/C pulley

the 110 cm SpeedSystem line must be attached to the front pulley - here 4 steps:

5) time for the new brakes: 1-1 is the inside 1-4 the outside line, 2-1 connects the inner lines, 2-2 the outer lines.:

Please
note:
The length of the brakes main line depends on the size of the kite:
11,5: 80 cm
9.0: 90 cm
7,5: 87 cm
6: 102 cm
the brakes main line and the rear line from the system connect to a line joint:

The complete system looks like that:

HERE we explain the setup of the flying lines and the bar.
